Imagine you are walking through the bush. There are luscious trees all around you and little fantails/piwakawaka come to say hi from time to time. As you walk through the bush there is also beautiful sunlight streaming through the trees. You are warm from the walking and decide to sit down to take a rest. As you sit down you feel a few drops of rain - the drops of rain are refreshing - so you let them fall on your skin - your face, your neck, your arms and your hands. Notice the refreshing feeling of the raindrops as they fall on you. Can you use your imagination to really feel them?
As you sit in this refreshing rain shower, you notice the sound of a stream nearby. You close your eyes to listen closer. Can you be so still that you can hear the stream and the rain falling?
Alright - time to wake back up again - so stretch your arms above your head and rub your eyes and wake up! Sit up nice and tall and let's get on with the day"
