Moving - Strong and Heavy
Let’s practice a strong and heavy body.
Warrior poses - left leg forward and right leg back - extend your arms out wide. Now stand like you cannot be pushed over and repeat after me “I am strong” - “I’ve got this”.
Repeat on the other side.
Wide leg squat. Hands on the hips. Bend your knees and be strong, as if someone was about to try to push you over. Repeat after me “I am strong” - “I’ve got this”.
Check in with how you feel. Remember however you feel is ok.
