Moving - Light and Gentle
Let’s practice a light and soft body.
When I say a body part - you float it up to the ceiling. Eg. Right arm.
Now when I say the next body part your right arm will softly float down and be replaced by the next body part floating up.
Eg. Left knee, left toes, right fingertips, right elbow….
Now float your entire body up to the ceiling and when I clap my hands you are going to melt softly all the way to the ground. Then start floating up again!
Check in with how you feel. Remember however you feel is ok.
Do you feel “light and gentle” today? Thumbs up yes, thumbs down no.
