If it works, you can share the ideas and post them somewhere in your classroom for students to look at when they are struggling. Be sure to remind the students that we all help ourselves in different ways. The important part is that we are curious and work to find what works for us when things get a bit tough. If we practice these strategies when we are calm, they are there for us when things get difficult.
