We don’t often notice feelings in our body because we are busy doing other things. 

Copy this body on a piece of paper - or draw your own version.

Allow your eyes to close and pay attention to how your body feels, be still and quiet for around 1 minute. 

Open your eyes and draw any sensations you can feel in your body. You can use different colors or write sentences if you want.
